Antique Victorian Storage Pot/Salt Transfer

We are offering this antique Victorian storage pot. When plastic was introduced years and years ago, these fabulous pots were discarded by the Victorians and thrown into city dumps (tips) in London and the surrounding countryside. Soon enthusiasts began excavating and collecting. We have the privilege to be the recipients of large shipments of these pots monthly, on which certain pieces we add our customized and heat treated transfers. Fabulous distressing covers this entire pot and the salt transfer enhances that.The transfer has been heat treated, but dusting with a dry cloth is recommended. We added an antique lid.
